Countdown To Liberation Run

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Liberation Day Run will be held on 17 December. Online registration is available for the 10km race.

Elite athletes and the public runners will gather on Sunday, 17 December, to celebrate the 96th year of the liberation of Gaziantep. The event includes a 10km race where the winner will collect 5,000 Turkish Liras as well as a fun run and walk. Only Turkish nationals are eligible for cash prizes in Gaziantep but the foreign athletes will be presented medals and trophies. Masters will be classified and awarded separately in the 10km race.

Entries for the Liberation Day Run are processed at www.gaziantep.com.tr. The registration form also enables multiple entries.

Timing services at the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Liberation Day will be provided by Depar Timing.
